If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 14 days if it meets the requirements listed at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Important: The cost of the return shipment is always the responsibility of the sender of the shipment.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for the use of the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you or not accept the return request. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly wrapped when you return it.

The following items are excluded from the return policy:

  • Custom-made products.
  • Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gels and liquids.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as earplugs, headphones, underwear and swimwear.
  • Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
  • Items that are damaged or incomplete, such as items with missing packaging.
  • Items that you received for free (e.g. the free product from a 1+1 free offer).

Easy returns in 3 steps

Step 1: Send us an email to contact@yourskystore.online.

Try to include a few key points as completely as possible in the email:

Why you want to exchange or return the package.

Any photos for clarification.

If the request is approved, we will send you the return form.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Make sure to include a track & trace code in the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we don’t want any misunderstandings. Send the track & trace proof to contact@yourskystore.online.

Step 3: Receiving the purchase amount in your bank account

After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 days.
