Because the products are shipped directly from the supplier, the average delivery time is 7-14 working days after your order has been processed.

In 99% of cases, the order will be delivered within the above delivery time.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, your order may arrive a few days later than expected. This is because all post offices and sorting centers are working at full capacity.

Rejected packages and non-delivery

If the consumer rejects the package at the front door and/or is not home for the entire delivery period, we charge up to 50% of the purchase amount in restocking fees. This covers all costs for logistics and return of the package.
